We stayed last weekend and honestly, the service was great. The staff went above and beyond, especially the concierge who helped us with last-minute dinner plans on Christmas Eve.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly worth it for the quality we received.

The room was stunning, beautifully decorated with a spacious layout. I loved the quality of the bath amenities—especially the Clarins products. Super comfy bed and everything felt luxurious. Also, it was really quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. The room had nice touches like a Nespresso machine and USB outlets. Overall, it felt very relaxing and serene.

The Red Level lounge offered fantastic personalized service.

Breakfast options were limited and quality could be improved.

While the rooftop terrace shines bright and the concierge is a gem, certain rooms felt snug and a bit chaotic. A dip in service during busy hours left me a tad disappointed. Still, the charm and care from the staff make it worthwhile.

I had an awesome time at this hotel! The rooftop pool was a chill escape from the busy streets, and their tapas at the bar were out of this world. Plus, the unique garden area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, relaxing under the Madrid sky. I can’t help but rave about it!

The only hiccup was that the jacuzzi was unexpectedly out of order during our time there, but it didn’t take away from the fun. We visited the Royal Palace and enjoyed some fun sobremesa with plenty of lively conversations. The breakfast had a good variety, but be prepared for slightly higher prices.
